Consulting — Paris and Île-de-France

AI transformation consultant in Paris and Île-de-France

MyRex supports executive teams, IT departments and business units across the Paris region through their AI transformation: use-case framing, AI agents, sovereign RAG, EU AI Act compliance and production rollout.

The firm is based at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris. On-site engagements across Paris and the inner suburbs, or remote.

    Why AI transformations stall

    Experiments without a trajectory

Dozens of isolated trials, no operated system. Without value-based prioritisation and a business owner, transformation stays a sum of initiatives.

    Adoption slower than technology

Tools arrive before usage. Without team training or process redesign, gains stay theoretical and Shadow AI takes hold.

Sovereignty and compliance decided too late

Data location, dependency on non-EU vendors, the EU AI Act: these choices belong to the architecture phase, not to post-launch.

Our transformation approach, in four stages

Each stage produces usable deliverables. An engagement can start at any stage depending on your maturity.

    Phase 01

    Framing and AI maturity assessment

Interviews with business units and IT, inventory of existing usage (including unofficial tools), mapping of automatable processes and risk classification under the EU AI Act. Output: a trajectory prioritised by value and feasibility.

    • Maturity assessment
    • Use-case map
    • Prioritised roadmap

    Phase 02

A useful pilot instead of a showcase POC

One real use case goes live on a restricted scope, instrumented from day one: document sources, guardrails, human hand-off points and quality indicators. The goal is not to demonstrate, it is to measure.

    • Instrumented pilot
    • Architecture dossier
    • Quality indicators

    Phase 03

    Industrialisation and integration

Scaling up: integration with business applications, workflow orchestration (n8n, Make, Zapier…), AI-augmented software engineering (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Lovable…), monitoring, incident recovery and inference cost control.

    • Target architecture
    • Operations chain
    • Monitoring plan

    Phase 04

    Governance, compliance and upskilling

Internal usage policy, system register, Shadow AI control, EU AI Act readiness and team training so the organisation becomes autonomous.

    • AI usage policy
    • System register
    • Training plan

    Where we work

We mainly serve organisations based in Paris and the Île-de-France region, across banking, insurance, real estate, services and training providers.

    • Paris (75) — firm headquarters, 8th arrondissement
    • Hauts-de-Seine (92) — La Défense, Boulogne, Issy-les-Moulineaux
    • Seine-Saint-Denis (93) and Val-de-Marne (94)
    • Yvelines (78), Essonne (91), Val-d'Oise (95), Seine-et-Marne (77)

Remote engagements are possible across France and the European Union.

    Who leads the engagements

Abdoul Abdoulla, founder of MyRex and architect of Next Call AI, brings twenty-five years of critical systems in banking and insurance. Programme Director at Société Générale from 2012 to 2024, he led large-scale transformations before designing and operating AI systems in production.

Recommendations come from the person who implements them: MyRex operates its own AI systems in production 24/7.

    Frequently asked questions

Budget depends on the format. A maturity assessment usually takes a few days; an industrialisation engagement spans several months. Every proposal states the scope, deliverables and number of days before we start: no flat rate is applied without prior framing.

Yes. The firm is based at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, and works on site across Paris and the inner suburbs (92, 93, 94) as well as the wider region. Framing workshops are held in person; delivery is usually hybrid.

Yes. We design sovereign architectures: inference hosted in the European Union, European or open models deployed on controlled infrastructure, and sensitive data kept away from services subject to the US Cloud Act. The level of sovereignty is decided during the architecture phase.

Compliance is addressed from the framing stage: risk classification of each system, transparency obligations, technical documentation, internal register and the AI literacy obligation for staff (Article 4, applicable since February 2025). Engagements are led by an ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor.

No. We work with organisations that have a data team as well as with those starting from scratch. In the latter case, the engagement includes an upskilling track so your teams can take over operations.
