One real use case goes live on a restricted scope, instrumented from day one: document sources, guardrails, human hand-off points and quality indicators. The goal is not to demonstrate, it is to measure.

Budget depends on the format. A maturity assessment usually takes a few days; an industrialisation engagement spans several months. Every proposal states the scope, deliverables and number of days before we start: no flat rate is applied without prior framing.

Yes. We design sovereign architectures: inference hosted in the European Union, European or open models deployed on controlled infrastructure, and sensitive data kept away from services subject to the US Cloud Act. The level of sovereignty is decided during the architecture phase.
Compliance is addressed from the framing stage: risk classification of each system, transparency obligations, technical documentation, internal register and the AI literacy obligation for staff (Article 4, applicable since February 2025). Engagements are led by an ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor.
No. We work with organisations that have a data team as well as with those starting from scratch. In the latter case, the engagement includes an upskilling track so your teams can take over operations.
