FAQ
Yes. MyRex SAS is registered as a training provider under activity declaration number 11757647975 with the Île-de-France regional prefect. This registration does not constitute state accreditation. It allows MyRex to issue vocational training agreements and completion certificates, and to invoice training within a company skills-development plan.
No. MyRex programs cannot be funded directly through the French personal training account: since 1 January 2022, only Qualiopi-certified providers listed on Mon Compte Formation may publish an offer there, and CPF access requires a certification registered with RNCP or the Répertoire spécifique. Our programs fit within the company skills-development plan; OPCO funding can be arranged in partnership with a Qualiopi-certified provider.
Qualiopi certification is mandatory for any provider receiving public or pooled funding — OPCO, France Travail, the State, regions, CPF — since 1 January 2022. It is not required when the company funds the training from its own budget. When pooled funding is targeted, MyRex acts as a subcontractor to a partner Qualiopi-certified provider that holds the agreement and the certification: this arrangement is permitted for OPCO, FAF and France Travail funding.
